The apartment is 88 square meters with a balcony featuring a barbecue, three air-conditioned bedrooms including a suite, and an integrated kitchen and living room, both with split air conditioning.

The air-conditioned living room has a 42-inch Smart TV and a large sofa. The apartment has Wi-Fi (300 Mbps), in addition to the internet provided by the condominium. We also provide complete bed and bath linens, iron, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine.

- Access to the condominium garage (2 spaces) is via a tag handed over to guests at check-in.

Region and Access:

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condo has a bike lane and the neighborhood offers everything you need for your holiday: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and an open-air market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to discover, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout indicating the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the closest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condo, where you can rent a car.

- Getting around the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bike, as the city has a bike path and many parking spots available.
