- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path, and the neighborhood offers all vacation amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, farmers' market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other stunning beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. There is a roundabout in front of Beto Carrero indicating the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: you can get around easily on foot, by car, or by bicycle, as the city features bike lanes as well as multiple parking areas.
