The apartment is 70 square meters with a balcony and barbecue grill, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one suite), and an integrated air-conditioned kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, blender, and all necessary utensils for preparing great meals. The air-conditioned living room features a sofa bed and a 42'' Smart TV. We offer Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 Mbps), in addition to the internet provided by the condominium. Bed linens and towels, hair dryer, iron, and washing machine are also available.

In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradise beaches to explore, such as Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101, entering at the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout indicating the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- Within the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle, as the city has bike lanes and several parking spots.
