- Access to the covered garage (1 space), condominium, and building is done with a tag provided to tenants upon check-in.

- Pets are not allowed;

Region and Access:

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane, and the neighborhood offers all holiday amenities: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, open-air market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other paradise beaches to discover, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Praia do Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101, entering at the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there’s a roundabout indicating the way to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car, or bicycle. The city has bike lanes and several parking areas.
