Region and Access

Praia da Armação is ideal for families, with calm sea monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the essentials for a holiday stay: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, and a farmers market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 more beautiful beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Praia do Quilombo— all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101, at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout indicating the way to Praia da Armação.

By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

Getting around town: it is easy to get around by foot, car, or bicycle. The city has bike paths and plenty of parking areas.
