There are 70 square meters with a balcony with barbecue (grills and skewers available), two bedrooms, one air-conditioned suite and a demi-suite, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, sandwich maker and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The air-conditioned room has a chromecast TV. The bedrooms have a double bed each and there is an air mattress for guests. We provide bath towels, bed linen, pillows and blankets. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 mega), in addition to the internet offered by the condominium itself, washing machine and three fans.

The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, open market. In addition to this beach, Penha has other 18 paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Paciencia, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Airplane: the closest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can move around on foot, by car or bicycle with ease, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, as well as spaces available in front of the building for visitors.
