The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, air fryer, electric kettle, sandwich maker, regular pots, pressure cooker, and all utensils needed to prepare a good meal.

The living room is climate-controlled and has a 43'' Smart TV. Both bedrooms have a double bed, and there is a single mattress and an air mattress for guests. We have a TV with Chromecast (Fire TV Stick Lite – Amazon) and IPTV service. We provide bath towels, bed linens, pillows, and blankets.

We offer Wi-Fi in the apartment (160 Mbps), as well as the internet provided by the condominium, washing machine, and two fans.

Region and Access

Praia da Armação is ideal for families, with calm waters and lifeguard monitoring. The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane, and the neighborhood offers all holiday amenities: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and an open-air market. In addition to this beach, Penha offers 18 other paradise beaches to discover, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

By car: Access to Penha is via BR-101, at the Transbeto road entrance. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout indicating the direction to Praia da Armação.

By plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

Within the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or bicycle. The city has a bike path and several parking locations.
