The apartment has 70 square meters with a balcony and barbecue grill, two bedrooms, one of which is a climate-controlled suite with a double bed, and another climate-controlled room with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, we have a single mattress, with a maximum capacity of up to 7 people.

The kitchen and living room are integrated. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils for preparing a good meal. The living room is climate-controlled and has a sofa and a 32" Smart TV. We provide 100 Mbps Wi-Fi internet, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and a washing machine.

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters and lifeguard supervision. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path, and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for your stay: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and a farmers’ market. Besides this beach, Penha features 18 other stunning beaches to discover, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 highway, entering through the Transbeto road. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that indicates the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: you can get around safely on foot, by car, or by bike, as the city features bike paths and various parking spots.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, with a parking space of 2.5 meters between columns. There are also spaces available in front of the building for visitors.
