The apartment is 70 square meters and features a balcony with a barbecue grill, two bedrooms—one is an air-conditioned suite with a double bed, and the other is an air-conditioned room with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and living room are open-plan. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils for preparing a great meal. The living room is air-conditioned and has a sofa and a 32" smart TV. We provide 100 Mbps Wi-Fi internet, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and a washing machine.

- Access to the garage (1 parking space), the condominium, and the building is via a tag provided to guests at check-in;

Area and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm waters and lifeguard supervision. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path, and the neighborhood provides all the amenities you need during your stay: restaurants, markets, shops, a pharmacy, and an open-air market. In addition to this beach, Penha offers 18 other paradise beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Praia do Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. There is a roundabout in front of Beto Carrero that will direct you toward Armação beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Getting around the city: you can get around easily on foot, by car, or by bicycle—the city has a bike path and plenty of parking spots.

- In the condominium: we provide private parking for guests, as well as spaces available in front of the building for visitors.
