The apartment is 70 square meters, with a balcony featuring a barbecue grill, two bedrooms—one is an air-conditioned suite with a double bed, the other is air-conditioned with two single beds—and an additional sofa bed in the living room. We also provide an extra single mattress, accommodating up to 7 people in total.

The kitchen and living room are integrated. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils for preparing a good meal. The living room is air-conditioned and has a sofa and a 32" Smart TV. We provide 100 Mbps Wi-Fi internet, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and a washing machine.

Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to enjoy, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 highway at the Transbeto entrance. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout directing you to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, and car rentals are available.

- Within the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle—the city has bike paths and several parking areas.

- Within the condominium: we offer private parking for guests, and there are also spaces available in front of the building for visitors.
