- Apartment 1505 is located in Tower 2 on the 15th floor;

- There is no protective screen on the balcony;

- Pets are not allowed on the property for safety reasons;

- By car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance of Transbeto Highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout indicating the way to Armação Beach.

- By plane: The nearest airport is Navegantes Airport, located 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Inside the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle. The city has a bike path and several parking areas.
