The House has 169m² of built area and is arranged with 1 suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 guest bathrooms, full kitchen, gourmet area with barbecue, living and dining room, patio, garden and ample parking for 2 cars.

Accommodation is arranged for 10 people as follows:

Suite: Queen Bed, Air Conditioning and Lagoon View;

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed and Lagoon View;

Bedroom 2: Double Bed;

We offer 1 pull-out bed and 3 additional mattresses;

Living Room: Large Sofa and 50'' Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube;

Unit amenities: Outdoor Jacuzzi with hydromassage, private barbecue, indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi internet with fiber optics for home office, bed linen, pillows and blankets, hairdryer and laundry room with washing machine.

External infrastructure: Our concept, in addition to being modern, is family-friendly, with leisure facilities for adults and children. We have a children's swing, large garden and patio;
