- The house is 50m from the Praia do Rosa center and 400m from the beach on foot! Exclusive beach location close to the central lagoon and beach bars such as Maram Beach Gardem, San Diego Grill, and Beleza Pura. Nearby amenities include a pharmacy, bakery, and supermarkets.
