Multitemporada presents the Wave Crest Villa - Nautilus Home Club - Penha/SC, a cozy and pleasant space, perfect for your family and friends get-togethers. The property stands out for its location, being 50 meters from Praia da Armação and 10 minutes from Beto Carrero (3.5km). The property is modern, with a leisure concept, full of amenities and elegance, promoting well-being for guests and unforgettable experiences.

The Nautilus Home Club is a highlight for your vacation: two swimming pools, a sand court, a soccer field, kids' area, pet area with toys, gym, playground, bocce court, and barbecue area. All this with the convenience of covered parking and the security of a condominium with 24-hour surveillance. Perfect for those seeking relaxation, safety, and a quality environment.

There are 90 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, three air-conditioned bedrooms (one is a suite), and an integrated kitchen and living room in an open-concept layout.

Bed Configuration:

Suite: Queen-Size Bed;

Bedroom 1: 2 Single Beds and 1 Single Mattress;

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds and 2 Single Mattresses;

Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, pots, containers, plates, dishes, cutlery, and complete cooking utensils.

The living room features a Smart TV. We offer Wi-Fi in the apartment (110 Mbps), as well as internet provided by the condominium itself. In addition, we provide complete bed linen and towels, hair dryer, iron, and washing machine.

Notes

- All guests must wear a condominium wristband to access common areas (09 wristbands available).

- Access to the condominium parking lot (1 spot) must be made with a tag provided to guests at check-in.

- Apartment in Tower 01, second floor, with balcony and sea view. Safety net installed.

- Small pets are welcome. Please note: Medium and large-size pets are not accepted.

- Barbecue grills are provided.

Region and Access:

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path, and the neighborhood offers all holiday conveniences: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and an open market. In addition to this beach, Penha boasts 18 other paradise-like beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: Access to Penha is via BR-101, entering through Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Getting around the city: It is easy to get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle. The city offers a bike path, as well as several parking areas.
