Multitemporada presents the Loft Vila do Campeche, a cozy and pleasant space that stands out for its location, with incredible proximity to two of the most sought-after tourist attractions on the magical island: Campeche Beach (150m) and Campeche Island. The space is full of amenities and perfect for couples looking for a unique experience, relaxing and enjoying a quality space.

The house has spacious and comfortable spaces, with a loft and a full kitchen;

In addition, the loft has an outdoor parking lot with a padlocked gate. In addition, it has full bed linen, bath linen, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Neighborhood:

Campeche is a neighborhood in Florianópolis located in the south of the island. It was separated from Lagoa da Conceição in 1995. It is approximately 35 km long and has a beach that is 3.5 km long with a wide strip of fine sand that includes small dunes, a sea of ​​cold waters and strong waves that attract surfers to practice the sport. The Bollté Praia Boutique Pousada - Campeche property has an external infrastructure prepared for your stay: Swimming pool with sun loungers, lounge/restaurant, garden, patio, gourmet area with barbecue, outdoor fire pit, hammocks in the trees, private parking for 5 cars and rotating parking spaces at the end of the street where the guesthouse is located.

The Praia Mole unit is ground floor and has 20m². It has: 1 bedroom, living area and full bathroom;

Bedroom: Queen-Size bed + Single bed + Hot and Cold Air Conditioning;

Compact kitchen: It has a sink and a simple dining area with a mini-fridge, electric kettle, glasses, cups, and coffee maker.

In addition, we have 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi internet, a 32'' Smart TV, and hotel-quality bed and bath linens. We also have a hairdryer and iron available upon request at reception.

All this for the greater comfort of our guests, so they feel at home in a perfect retreat to rest and discover the best of Campeche.

Notes:

- We have 5 private parking spaces, and the rest are at the end of the street where the inn is located (our street is very quiet and has no car traffic);

- We have a kitchenette where guests can request the use of the microwave;

- The barbecue grill is available by appointment at reception. Maximum usage time: Until 10:00 PM;

- We offer grills and skewers for barbecue in the gourmet area;
