Chácara Pôr do Sol is an excellent choice for families, groups, and events seeking spacious, cozy accommodation surrounded by nature. With full facilities for relaxation, leisure, and social gatherings, the property blends simplicity and comfort through welcoming interiors and a vast outdoor area—ideal for celebrating special occasions or simply unwinding. The space comfortably accommodates up to 12 overnight guests. For events and day-use visits, the property allows up to 40 participants, subject to specific rules and additional fees for guests beyond the overnight limit.

Bedrooms and Accommodation:

The house features three functionally arranged bedrooms. The master suite is equipped with a double bed, a dresser, a mirror, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a gas-powered shower. The second bedroom contains a double-sized bunk bed, a dresser, a fan, and an air conditioning outlet. The third bedroom also features a double-sized bunk bed, shelving, and an air conditioning outlet. The layout is designed for convenience, catering to groups who wish to share a comfortable stay that is seamlessly integrated with nature.

Bathrooms and Linens:

Indoor facilities include the suite's private bathroom and a shared bathroom; both are equipped with gas-powered showers, hand towels, and liquid soap. For added convenience when using the pool, gourmet area, or during events, the property offers outdoor restrooms: one for women, one for men (with a urinal), and a third designated for use after swimming. These outdoor restrooms are equipped with paper towel holders and liquid soap dispensers; please note that for events, replenishing these consumables is the guest's responsibility. Important: the property does not provide linens; guests must bring their own bed linen, pillows, sheets, and blankets. Kitchen and Water Supply:

The indoor kitchen is fully equipped to ensure complete independence and convenience when preparing meals. The space features a dining table for six, a refrigerator, a 5-burner cooktop, a microwave, an electric oven, a blender, a sandwich press, a stand mixer, an orange juicer, and an electric kettle. To accommodate larger groups, the kitchen is stocked with a full set of pots, pans, large stockpots, baking dishes, and utensils for food prep and barbecuing, as well as dinnerware, cutlery, and basic organizational items. Regarding the water supply, the property’s water comes from a natural spring and may vary in quality during rainy periods; therefore, guests are advised to bring their own mineral water for drinking.

Outdoor Area, Leisure, and Nature:

The standout feature of Chácara Pôr do Sol is its spacious outdoor area, designed for leisure and socializing in the open air. The property includes a relaxation area equipped with three hammocks, two beach chairs, three sun umbrellas, and tabletop games such as *War*, playing cards, and dominoes. The swimming pool features a solar heating system; consequently, the water temperature depends directly on the day's sunlight—or recent sunny spells—to ensure a comfortable experience.

Party Hall and Gourmet Area:

The party hall and gourmet area provide the perfect setting for birthdays, family gatherings, and social events. The facility is robust and well-equipped, featuring a sink, cabinetry, a cooktop, a refrigerator, a beer cooler, a freezer, a barbecue grill, a wood-burning stove, and a fireplace. To comfortably accommodate everyone, the space offers two large wooden tables with benches seating up to 24 people, along with six square plastic tables and 24 additional plastic chairs. Please note that the property does not provide firewood for the stove or fireplace; guests must bring their own fuel if they wish to use them.

Services, Technology, and Laundry:

To assist with longer stays, the laundry area is located just behind the event hall and is equipped with a washing machine, utility sink, drying rack, bucket, mop, squeegee, and broom. The property also keeps guests connected and entertained by offering high-quality Wi-Fi and a Smart TV in the common area.

Rules for Events and Day Use:

Chácara Pôr do Sol is available for events, provided a reservation is made covering the full accommodation capacity (12 people). Attendees exceeding this number will be charged a "day use" fee of R$ 50.00 per person for a stay of up to 12 hours (starting at 9:00 AM), subject to a strict maximum limit of 40 people on the premises. During the event, guests have full access to the facilities, including the outdoor area, swimming pool, and gourmet area. Mandatory rules include: a prohibition on loud music or music with offensive lyrics; a requirement to bag and dispose of all waste in the outdoor bins at the end of the stay; and the guest's responsibility to provide additional paper towels and liquid soap to restock the outdoor bathrooms.

Important Information:

Linens: We do not provide pillows, sheets, blankets, or bed and bath linens.

Supplies: We do not provide firewood for the fireplace or wood-burning stove, nor do we replenish disposable bathroom supplies for events.

Water Supply: Spring water (quality may vary with rainfall). We recommend bringing bottled mineral water.

Pool: Solar heating (dependent on sunlight exposure and accumulation).

Events: Guests attending beyond the overnight capacity (maximum of 40 people) are charged a fee of R$ 50.00 per person for a 12-hour period starting at 9:00 AM.
