Multitemporada introduces Casa Sol Poente Urubici, an exclusive retreat for families, couples, and small groups seeking peaceful moments amidst the landscapes of the Serra Catarinense. With 100 m² of indoor space, integrated environments, and a privileged panoramic view, the property combines comfort, privacy, and contact with nature.

Completely single-story, the house accommodates up to 6 people, including 4 guests in beds and 2 on extra single mattresses. The design prioritizes natural lighting, with large glass areas allowing you to enjoy sunrise, sunset, and even the enchanting moonrise directly from the indoor environments.

Suites, Accommodations, and Comfort

Casa Sol Poente features 2 comfortable suites arranged as follows:

Master suite:
Queen bed and a 32-inch Smart TV set on a movable table, so the equipment can be repositioned according to guests' preference.

Second suite:

1 Queen bed that can be converted into 2 singles.

To increase capacity, there are 2 extra single mattresses available upon request. The house provides full linens, including bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.

For stays longer than 3 nights, clean bedding and towels are supplied so guests can replace them during their stay. At the end of each stay, all linens used are properly changed.

The property offers 3 bathrooms: 2 private bathrooms in the suites and 1 half-bath. Both faucets and showers have gas heating, providing extra comfort, especially on the cooler mountain days.
