This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!
Check-in, check-out and reception times
Our schedules for the Studios: Mar, Terra, Lagoa e Jardim:
- Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Other schedules by prior consultation and may be a selfie check-in).
- Check-out at 11:00 a.m.
Our times for House Premium:
- Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Other times by prior consultation and may be a selfie check-in).
- Check-out at 2:00 p.m.
⚠️ We are not receptive to the property, therefore it will always be necessary to adjust the check-in time in advance!

Property access and parking
- Access to the property is next to a main road;
- Parking is external (street) and has a rotating nature.
- Vehicles should be parked as close as possible to the hedge to avoid blocking the public road.
- The House Premium unit has 2 exclusive covered parking spaces.
Meal plan
We do not offer meal plans, however, our units are equipped with a full kitchen for guests to prepare their own meals.
⚠️ Studio Terra has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and cooking utensils.

São 2 turnos de horários:
- 10h às 14h;
- 16h às 20h;
Tempo de uso: até 4h dentro do turno de horário escolhido.
Aos Domingos temos apenas 1 horário disponível, devido à limpeza.
⚠️ IMPORTANTE SABER:

Não permitimos a extensão dos horários, precisamos 2h entre cada reserva para a limpeza;

Não poderá reservar 2 horários no mesmo dia;

Não é permitido visitas para acompanhar no churrasco;

Você será responsável por retirar todo o seu lixo e sobras de alimentos e depositar nas lixeiras.

Dispomos de Kit Churrasco com tábua, faca, espeto e grelha;

Por questões de conservação, não fornecemos sal ou outros temperos;

Children, Guests and Pets Policies
PET POLICY
✅We allow 1 (one) small pet in the Studios: Lagoa and Jardim;
✅ For a fee: (R$ 50.00 per stay).
⚠️We do not accept pets in the units: Terra, Mar, House Premium.
CHILDREN POLICY
✅Children are welcome, we exempt one child up to 5 years old from the fee.
VISITORS POLICY
⚠️Visitors are prohibited during the stay, this space is exclusively reserved for guests.
Bed and bath linen policies
✅We provide bed linen, bath towels, pillows and light blankets;
⚠️ Bed linen is changed free of charge from the 5th (fifth) consecutive day onwards.
⚠️ Bed linen is changed every 3 (three) days of stay.
*Note: Additional requests for bath or bed linen will cost R$5.00 per additional piece, and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance for the change.
All changes must be requested and scheduled in advance by the guest; the service will not be provided without requests or appointments.
✅ We do not have bath amenities; the first roll of toilet paper is provided free of charge.
✅Our bed and bath linen is delivered to our guests in perfect condition. If makeup stains or any other type of stain that requires deep cleaning are identified, we will apply a rewash fee of R$10.00 per item or replacement of the item.
This fee will only be charged when makeup stains or any other type of stain are found on our items.
Room Service Policies
✅We provide a superficial cleaning service during your stay every 3 (three) days.
We ask that your personal belongings are organized;
⚠️All cleaning services must be requested and scheduled in advance by the guest. No services will be provided without requests or scheduling.
⚠️If you wish to hire an additional cleaning service, it will cost R$60.00 per studio and R$200.00 for House Premium.

Ibiraquera Life in Imbituba, where paradise meets comfort. We offer a variety of options for your stay:
Cancellation and Change Policy
Change in number of people:
This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Change of dates or rescheduling:
Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.
Early termination of stay:
If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.
Cancellation of reservation:
Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.
Internal guidelines
- Loud music is prohibited at any time of the day!
- According to Municipal Law 3.688/41, excessive noise is prohibited at all times of the day and night;
- Loud music is strictly prohibited in House Premium, and may result in a fine of 500 reais;
- Smoking is prohibited inside the studios and house. Fine of R$150.00;
- Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the toilets. Please use the trash cans.
- The pool, garden and barbecue area are shared areas;
- We provide 1 (one) hair dryer per unit;
- Visitors are prohibited during the stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.
