This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

Our schedules for the Studios: Mar, Terra, Lagoa e Jardim:
- Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Other schedules by prior consultation and may be a selfie check-in).
- Check-out at 11:00 a.m.
Our times for House Premium:
- Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Other times by prior consultation and may be a selfie check-in).
- Check-out at 2:00 p.m.
⚠️ We are not receptive to the property, therefore it will always be necessary to adjust the check-in time in advance!

Property access and parking
- Access to the property is next to a main road;
- Parking is external (street) and has a rotating nature.
- Vehicles should be parked as close as possible to the hedge to avoid blocking the public road.
- The House Premium unit has 2 exclusive covered parking spaces.
Meal plan
We do not offer meal plans, however, our units are equipped with a full kitchen for guests to prepare their own meals.
⚠️ Studio Terra has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and cooking utensils.

🔥 Use of the BBQ Grill – Common Area
We provide a BBQ grill in a common area, for the exclusive use of guests. To ensure organization and good use of the space by everyone, prior booking is mandatory.
⏰ Usage Hours (by shifts)
Morning: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Afternoon/Evening: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
🕒 Maximum usage time: up to 4 hours, strictly respecting the chosen shift.
📅 On Sundays, only one shift is available due to the cleaning schedule.
✅ Usage Conditions
Use of the BBQ grill is free for guests;
It is not permitted to book two shifts on the same day;
We do not allow time extensions, as a 2-hour interval is required between bookings for cleaning;
Visitors are not allowed in the BBQ area;
The guest is responsible for collecting all trash and food scraps, disposing of them in the trash cans;
We ask that the space be left minimally organized — general cleaning is our responsibility.
🍴 BBQ Kit
We provide a BBQ Kit containing:
cutting board, knife, skewer, and grill.
⚠️ For conservation reasons, we do not provide salt or seasonings.
📌 Important Information
We only have one barbecue grill, which is small, so booking is essential;
Please inform Cida when booking and also on the day of use;
Adherence to schedules is essential to avoid conflicts and allow other guests to use the space;
All these guidelines, as well as the booking link, are included in the Property Manual, which has already been sent.

Children, Guests and Pets Policies
PET POLICY
✅We allow 1 (one) small pet in the Studios: Lagoa and Jardim;
✅ For a fee: (R$ 75.00 per stay).
⚠️We do not accept pets in the units: Terra, Mar, House Premium.
CHILDREN POLICY
✅Children are welcome, we exempt one child up to 5 years old from the fee.
VISITORS POLICY
⚠️Visitors are prohibited during the stay, this space is exclusively reserved for guests.
Bed and bath linen policies
✅ We provide bed linens, bath towels, pillows, and light blankets;
⚠️ Bed linen changes are free starting from the 5th (fifth) consecutive day. Prior scheduling is required, and the guest must be present at the unit at the time of service.
⚠️ Bath linen changes are performed every 3 (three) days of stay and must be requested directly from our team.
Note:
Additional requests for bed linen or bath linen changes will cost R$ 5.00 (five reais) per additional item.
These changes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and will not be performed on the same day as the request. We do not perform changes on Sundays.
For the service to be performed, the guest must be present at the unit at the scheduled time; access to the unit is not permitted without the guest's presence.
✅ We do not provide bathroom amenities; Toilet paper is offered as a courtesy only on the first roll.
✅ Our bed linens and towels are delivered impeccably clean to our guests.
If makeup stains or any other type of stain requiring deep cleaning are identified, a rewashing fee of R$ 10.00 (ten reais) per item will be applied, or the item will be replaced if necessary.
This cost will only be charged when stains requiring special treatment are identified.
⚠️ In case of damage, tears, burns, irreversible stains, or any damage that renders the items unusable, a replacement fee will be charged according to the table below:

Ibiraquera Life in Imbituba, where paradise meets comfort. We offer a variety of options for your stay:
Cancellation and Change Policy
Change in number of people:
This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Change of dates or rescheduling:
Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.
Early termination of stay:
If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.
Cancellation of reservation:
Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.
Internal guidelines
- Loud music is prohibited at any time of the day!
- According to Municipal Law 3.688/41, excessive noise is prohibited at all times of the day and night;
- Loud music is strictly prohibited in House Premium, and may result in a fine of 500 reais;
- Smoking is prohibited inside the studios and house. Fine of R$150.00;
- Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the toilets. Please use the trash cans.
- The pool, garden and barbecue area are shared areas;
- We provide 1 (one) hair dryer per unit;
- Visitors are prohibited during the stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.
