This is a manual of instructions and rules to ensure that your stay is an excellent experience. We recommend that you read it very carefully, as everything you need to know will be here!

⚠️ No visitors allowed during your stay, this is a space exclusively reserved for guests.

PET POLICY

⚠️ Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room. Please take them with you when you leave.

PET RULES

✅ We invite you to read them and learn more about us:

⛔️1. We allow up to 2 small pets, up to 8kg (with a pet fee of R$75.00 per stay and per pet);

⛔️2. Any damage caused by the animal must be covered by its owner.

⛔️3. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to collect their pet's feces.

⛔️4. Pets cannot stay on the cabin furniture, including beds and sofas.

⛔️5. We kindly ask that you bring your pet's belongings, such as: bed to sleep on, blanket, water and food bowl, diaper, etc.

⛔️6. It is FORBIDDEN for pets to remain alone in the rented suite. If they are leaving the property, the pet must accompany their owners.

Bed linens:

- Premium linens: 200 thread count sheets, bedspread, and pillowcases (100% cotton);

- High-quality pillows and blankets; - No room service;

- If you would like to request a change of bed linens and towels, please contact the host, Matheus;

- Suite 1: for 1 couple + 1 child (double bed and single mattress), balcony with barbecue;

- Suite 2: for 1 couple + 1 child (double bed and single mattress), balcony with barbecue;

- Suite 3: 3rd floor, for up to 4 people (double bed and double sofa bed), balcony with sea view;

Change in number of people:

This may be changed at any time, subject to an extra fee per person, according to the property policy. We do not accept exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.

Change of dates or rescheduling:

Changes or rescheduling of dates will not be permitted for reservations that are outside the cancellation policy period (30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase, limited to the check-in date). Once within the period, the change will be subject to approval.

Early termination of stay:

If the guest ends their stay early by their own choice, we will not grant any discount or refund for the unused dates.

Cancellation of reservation:

Cancellations within the cancellation policy, that is, up to 30 days before the check-in date or up to 7 days after purchase (limited to the check-in date) will be 100% refunded. Once within the cancellation policy period we will authorize the refund, no exceptions.

- Loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am;

- When leaving, it is important to close the windows and take out the trash;

- Toilet paper is prohibited from being thrown in the bathrooms. Please use the trash cans;

- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area;

- Equipment from the shared kitchen is prohibited from being brought into the room;

- Portable appliances for cooking in the rooms, such as air fryers, are prohibited;

- Portable barbecues may only be used in the outdoor area (on the ground floor).
