The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets (back gate gives direct access), shops, pharmacy, street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- In addition to several bars and restaurants in the region, the region has several shops as well.
