Multitemporada presents a true mountain adventure experience, belonging to the city of Urubici/SC, a cozy and pleasant space, perfect for couples and groups of up to 12 people. The property stands out for its location, being in a mountainous region (serra), pleasant climate and surrounded by nature. We offer a guide during your stay, sightseeing, transfer (extra), fully sustainable property with solar energy and much more.

The Sun Mountain is situated at over 1600 meters altitude, with breathtaking views. In addition to the privileged view of the canyons, we have a guide accredited by Cadastur to take guests to the region's tourist attractions: Infinite Mountain, Infinite Swing (30m from the property), Adam's Waterfall, etc.

The interior features: a spacious living room with a chaise lounge sofa and panoramic views of the canyons, a kitchen with a wood-burning stove and oven, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, and all kitchen utensils. Furthermore, we have 1 powder room, 1 shared internal full bathroom, and 1 shared full bathroom attached to the property.

Unit amenities: High-quality Starlink Wi-Fi internet, bed linens, pillows, sheepskin blankets, throws, bath towels, soaps, and shampoo. Finally, we have a portable barbecue grill.

Ibira Oasis – Imbituba/SC

Multitemporada presents Ibira Oasis, a unique property in Ibiraquera, Imbituba/SC, offering the perfect balance between a beach house and a country home. With a complete infrastructure that includes a swimming pool, gourmet area with barbecue grill, and a relaxing hammock verandah, the house is ideal for up to 10 guests, providing comfort and tranquility. Its main highlight is the privileged location, just 150m from the Ibiraquera Lagoon and with easy access to Praia do Rosa, combining nature’s serenity with the convenience of being close to key attractions.

The house features 120m² of internal area, complemented by a 20m² gourmet space. There are 3 air-conditioned suites, each equipped with a 32” Smart TV and hairdryer. Suite 1 has a Queen-Size bed and a single trundle bed; Suite 2 offers a Queen-Size bed and a double sofa bed; and Suite 3 includes a double bed. The living room provides a large sofa and a 50” Smart TV. The planned kitchen is fully equipped with a double-door refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, various utensils, and a water purifier. Notes and Policies

We accept 1 small pet for a fee of R$100.00 per stay; pets of medium and large size are not allowed. The house offers 3 parking spaces, with the possibility of parking more vehicles on the quiet street. A complete barbecue kit is provided, as well as the convenience of towel and bed linen changes if required. For any questions, the Multitemporada team is available. The house is located in one of the highest points of the Lago Negro condominium, with a beautiful view of the sunset! In addition to a very complete house, the condominium offers space for walking, trails, a tennis court and a soccer field. Come and visit Paraíso do Sol house and have an unforgettable experience!

Casa Paraíso do Sol has 340m² and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 of which is a master suite with bathtub, living room, fitted kitchen and guest bathroom. Capacity is up to 12 guests, 10 adults + 2 children. We recommend a maximum of 10 adults, for greater comfort for our guests.
