At Studio Melissa we have a modern concept, to feel at home, located in a quiet neighborhood, with everything close by and easy access. In addition, the well-tended patio and garden qualifies as a great place to stay after a beautiful day at the beach.

Our space is perfect for guests looking for a unique experience, resting and enjoying a quality space. The studio has a good atmosphere, comfortable size with a double bed, two single bed (drawer format), air conditioning, desk, LED lighting, Smart TV and private bathroom;

Our kitchen is complete: electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils. In addition, we have quality WI-FI internet for home office, complete bed linen and bath towels. All this for a better comfort of our guests, to make them feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and enjoy the place.

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm sea and lifeguard monitoring. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

Cambuim is different from an inn. It is a charming romantic getaway with elegant and exclusive chalets for couples, in an idyllic setting, with breathtaking views, wonderful waterfalls and beautiful natural landscapes. The cabins are full of character and quirks, decorated in a rustic and romantic way, with all the amenities and comfort of an excellent hotel. In addition, all cabins have an exceptional view and access to the various waterfalls. We no longer serve breakfast and do not offer on-site services. An HDMI cable is available on the TV to connect your devices and a Chromecast to transmit videos and music, you just need to be connected to the network with the name of the hut to be able to use the feature. There is no signal on the TV. The place is intended for rest and tranquility. We count on everyone to respect the neighbors and other visitors, but we are not responsible for possible noise inconveniences and the like. The internet has a speed of 50MB and is very suitable for streaming services and video calls for meetings, if necessary.

Guests have access to the cabin itself and a large part of the property's garden, in addition to two accesses to the river, where you can admire the various private waterfalls and even have a picnic by the river, surrounded by nature.

Days before arrival, we contact visitors to arrange check-in and provide all the necessary details. Possibly Ana, the owner, is on the property, but there will always be someone staying overnight in case she is away.
