There are 75 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite, integrated kitchen and living room with split air conditioning as well. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, airfrayer, fondue machine and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The air-conditioned room has a Smart TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 mega), in addition to the internet provided by the condominium itself, bed linen and complete bath, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer;

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm sea and lifeguard monitoring. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets (back gate gives direct access), shops, pharmacy, street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

Two of the most coveted tourist spots on the island of magic are close to Pousart: the beautiful Praia do Campeche (600m) and the Ilha do Campeche (4.0km).

Pousart is characterized by a family structure, to make you feel at home, located in a quiet neighborhood, with everything nearby and easy access.
