Multitemporada presents Nautilus Concept - Penha/SC, a cozy and pleasant space, perfect for your family and friends gatherings. The property stands out for its location, being 50 meters from Praia da Armação and 10 minutes from Beto Carrero (4km). The property is modern, with a leisure concept, full of amenities and elegance, promoting well-being to guests and unforgettable experiences.

The Nautilus Home Club is a separate attraction on your vacation: two swimming pools, games room, party room, sand court, soccer field, kids space, gym, playground, bocce court and barbecue. All this with the comfort and security of a condominium with 24-hour surveillance. Perfect for those looking for rest, security and enjoying a quality environment.

There are 62 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a suite.

The distribution of rooms works as follows:

Suite: Double bed, air conditioning, 56'' TV and balcony;

Bedroom 1: Two Single Beds and Air Conditioning;

Note: We have a sofa bed and additional single mattress, totaling a capacity of 4 people;

The kitchen and living room are integrated with split air conditioning. The first is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The air-conditioned room has a sofa and a 56'' TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (100 mega), in addition to the internet offered by the condominium itself, full bed linen, bath towels, iron and washing machine.

Comments

- All guests must wear a condo wristband to access common areas (6 wristbands available).

- Access to the covered garage (1 parking space) to the condominium and the building must be done with a tag given to the tenants at the time of check-in.

- Apartment in Tower 5, on the 2nd floor;

- We have no mesh on the balcony;

- We have grills and skewers for your barbecue;

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, fairground. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can walk, car or bicycle easily, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.
