Multitemporada presents Apto Texas in the heart of Balneário Camboriú. A cozy and pleasant space, perfect for your family gatherings and get-togethers with friends. The property stands out for its location, 500 meters from the Central Beach of BC. The property is modern, comfortable and full of amenities and elegance, promoting well-being to guests and excellent accommodation;

Located in the heart of Balneário Camboriú, Rua 2400, on a straight street to the sea, 500m from the beach, family building close to markets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and the main shops in the region. You can do everything without needing a vehicle, between Av. Brazil and 3rd Avenue.

There are 45 square meters, with two bedrooms, integrated kitchen and living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The room is air-conditioned and has a 40 TV. In addition, we offer pillows;

Multitemporada presents the Blue, belonging to Pousart Floripa, a cozy and pleasant space that stands out for its location and concept, with an incredible proximity to the beach and an experience lodging style with appropriate art and decoration. Two of the most coveted tourist spots on the island of magic are close to Pousart: the beautiful Praia do Campeche (600m) and the Ilha do Campeche (4.0km).

Pousart is characterized by a family structure, to make you feel at home, located in a quiet neighborhood, with everything nearby and easy access. Our concept is artistic, we have decorations, furniture, and chandeliers that involve and transcend this issue for our guests. We have a studio/gallery in our space where you can see some works, materials made from recycling, among other manifestations. Pousart also has a very beautiful terrace with a view of the neighborhood, being a great place to stay after a beautiful day at the beach. Finally, we have a garden, with an organic vegetable garden that can be used by guests.

The Blue Suite is perfect for guests looking for a unique experience, relaxing and enjoying a quality space at a fair price. The suite has air conditioning and a good atmosphere, comfortable size with a double bed.

In addition, Pousart's structure has a TV room with cable channels (shared), a full communal kitchen with refrigerator, stove, electric oven, and kitchen utensils. In addition, we have complete bed linen, bath towels, a hairdryer and an iron available. Finally, we have a shared washing machine. Finally, the parking lot is located outside the property.
