Multitemporada presents Luxury Holiday Home, located in Praia do Rosa - Imbituba/SC. A cozy and pleasant space that highlights comfort and location, close to Lagoa de Ibiraquera (100m) and Praia do Rosa (3km). We have many amenities, spacious rooms, full kitchen, fireplace, bathtub and barbecue. All this for your best experience with our accommodation in a modern architecture concept and in a region that breathes nature!

The House has 200m² of built area and is made up of 1 suite, 2 demi-suites, 1 toilet, full kitchen, gourmet area with barbecue, living and dining room, patio, garden and ample parking for 4 cars;

Accommodation is arranged as follows:

Suite: Double Box Bed, Private Bathroom with Bathtub and View of Nature;

Bedroom 1: Double Box Bed and Nature View;

Bedroom 2: Double Box Bed and Nature View;

Living Room: Large Sofa and 42'' Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus;

Unit amenities: Deck on the side of the house with private barbecue, indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi internet with fiber optics for home office, bed linen, pillows and blankets, bath towels, iron, hairdryer and laundry with Washing machine.

External infrastructure: Our concept, in addition to being modern, is familiar, with leisure facilities for adults and children. We have a children's playground, slide, tree house, swing and children's pool. Finally, we have a beautiful ground fire.

Kitchen: Complete and planned with refrigerator, cooktop stove, built-in oven, microwave, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils and quality small appliances. All this for your best comfort in a space that integrates proximity to the beach and quality in your stay.

We no longer serve breakfast and do not offer on-site services. An HDMI cable is available on the TV to connect your devices and a Chromecast to transmit videos and music, you just need to be connected to the network with the name of the hut to be able to use the feature. There is no signal on the TV. The place is intended for rest and tranquility. We count on everyone to respect the neighbors and other visitors, but we are not responsible for possible noise inconveniences and the like. The internet has a speed of 50MB and is very suitable for streaming services and video calls for meetings, if necessary.

Guests have access to the cabin itself and a large part of the property's garden, in addition to two accesses to the river, where you can admire the various private waterfalls and even have a picnic by the river, surrounded by nature.

Days before arrival, we contact visitors to arrange check-in and provide all the necessary details. Possibly Ana, the owner, is on the property, but there will always be someone staying overnight in case she is away.
