Multitemporada presents Ap Vista e Piscina - Pantai Village - Rosa, a unique property with 3 private units. The infrastructure of the property offers: swimming pool, parrilla-style barbecue, swing, hammocks, pool table and ground fire with wooden benches around it. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.
