Multitemporada presents Cabana Brisa Serrana, belonging to the city of Urubici/SC, a cozy and pleasant space, perfect for couples. The property stands out for its entertainment and views, being in a mountainous region (serra), pleasant climate and surrounded by nature.

The cabin has a rustic feel, but is completely modern and full of amenities and elegance, promoting well-being and unforgettable experiences for guests. Perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy a special environment.

The cabin is designed for couples with maximum comfort. A spacious and comfortable environment is characteristic of the space, which has a suite with a double bed in a studio style, a shower, a compact kitchen, all integrated and in an open concept.

We offer ample parking, a lake and a beautiful view. The internal space is 25m² and has: a whirlpool bath with chromotherapy, a shower and taps with gas heating, a fully air-conditioned environment with hot and cold air conditioning and a wonderful view of nature, as well as the lake. The kitchen is compact and has: a minibar, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, an electric kettle, crockery and cutlery and basic kitchen items. In addition, we have 400 mega WI-FI internet, 32’’ Smart TV, Sky, complete bed linens with blankets and pillows, bath linens (towels and robes), hair dryer and everything else you need for your stay. All this for the comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best that Serra Catarinense has to offer.

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters and lifeguard surveillance. The street in front of the condo features a bike lane, and the neighborhood offers all the amenities you need for your vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and a local fair. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all just a few kilometers from the condo.

- By car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entry for the Transbeto road. There is a roundabout in front of Beto Carrero that directs you towards Armação Beach.

- By plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condo, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle, as the city has a bike lane and plenty of parking spaces.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, and everything you need to prepare your meals, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A unique feature is that our kitchen has gas heating in the sink. We have a sandwich maker available.

Living room: Large and spacious retractable sofa with reclining backrest (1.80m), super comfortable. For groups of 6 people, consider this as a place for one of the guests to sleep, as we have one available, or for those who prefer, we also have two additional single mattresses. Furthermore, we have a 43'' Full HD Smart TV with Roku, Miracast, and HDMI.

Dining Room: An integrated, open-concept area between the living room and the kitchen, an ideal environment for those who like to bring family and friends closer together, even if they are engaged in different activities.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are spacious and have gas heating, providing a much more comfortable and enjoyable shower, especially on colder days.

Outdoor Area: We have a garage for one car, which during the day can also serve as an extension of the house, being a covered veranda. The barbecue area is located in the garage, a place for relaxation and fun. The area is equipped with a sink and wooden countertop, ideal for gathering everyone at mealtimes. Finally, the backyard is large, partly grassed and partly gravel.

Amenities: Here you don't need to worry about bed linens or towels; we provide a complete set of these items. The Wi-Fi internet has a download speed of 400 Mbps and an upload speed of 200 Mbps. Finally, we have a hairdryer, iron, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and clothesline.
