Concept:

The house was designed in a Feng-Shui concept, with capacity for up to 13 people with maximum comfort. Large and comfortable environments are characteristics of the space that have a fully planned, decorated, airy space, with external and internal gardens, large leisure area, gourmet space, living rooms, toilet, private pool and games table. All this in a sustainable and inclusive project, as the house has solar energy in its electrical system and is suitable for the elderly and disabled public (we have bars in the bathrooms, access ramps to the house, adapted doors, etc.).

Structure:

The built area of ​​the house is 320 square meters. The garage has space for 3 cars, 2 of which are covered. The internal structure comprises: complete kitchen with cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, first-rate appliances such as coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle and blender. In addition, we have two living rooms, one in a mezzanine format with a 65'' Smart TV, home theater, cable channels and a reclining sofa, and another in the gourmet area with a 55'' Smart TV, cable channels and a large sofa. The dining room has a table for excellent meals, accommodating all guests comfortably. The barbecue is internal and has all the necessary accessories for a good barbecue.

The private pool area is all decorated with a beautiful garden, gazebo, has a full bathroom, comfortable benches and quality sun loungers. As for WI-FI Internet, the speed is 350mega, bed and bath linen is fully provided, Mmartan style. Finally, we have a hairdryer, iron and laundry room with two washing machines and a clothesline to dry clothes. All this to provide greater comfort to our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best of Jurerê Internacional.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, and everything you need to prepare your meals, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A unique feature is that our kitchen has gas heating in the sink. We have a sandwich maker available.

Living room: Large and spacious retractable sofa with reclining backrest (1.20m), super comfortable. For groups of 6 people, consider this as a place for one of the guests to sleep, as we have one available, or for those who prefer, we also have two additional single mattresses. Furthermore, we have a 43'' Full HD Smart TV with Roku, Miracast, and HDMI.

Dining Room: An integrated, open-concept area between the living room and the kitchen, an ideal environment for those who like to bring family and friends closer together, even if they are engaged in different activities.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are spacious and have gas heating, providing a much more comfortable and enjoyable shower, especially on colder days.

Outdoor Area: We have a garage for one car, which during the day can also serve as an extension of the house, being a covered veranda. The barbecue area is located in the garage, a place for relaxation and fun. The area is equipped with a sink and wooden countertop, ideal for gathering everyone at mealtimes. Finally, the backyard is large, partly grassed and partly gravel.
