Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The city offers a bike path and the neighborhood, which is located in the central area, offers, at less than 200 meters, all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, snack bars, bakeries, shops, pharmacy and open market. In addition to this beach, Penha has another 18 paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Paciencia, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the residential.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Airplane: the closest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the residential, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can easily walk, car or bike, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.
