The house is designed for up to 7 people with maximum comfort. Spacious and comfortable spaces are characteristic of the space, which has two bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, living room/kitchen, deck and gourmet area, all integrated and in a modern concept.

Living room: Additional mattresses (1 double and 2 singles), 32’’ Smart TV and indoor fireplace;

We have an external infrastructure of 900m² of land, full of nature: forest, playground, vegetable garden, garden, fire pit, cozy barbecue area with French doors facing the landscape, deck with excellent views of the mountains and sunset and finally, we offer ample parking for 3 cars.

The 56m² internal structure has a full kitchen: hot water on tap, barbecue, stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery, basic kitchen items, as well as top-of-the-line appliances: toaster, mixer and a dining table. In addition, we have a beautiful whirlpool bath and chromotherapy, a wine cellar, quality WI-FI internet for home-office, bed linen with blankets and pillows, bath linen with a towel for each guest and two more face towels, iron and a beautiful deck with a view of the mountains in the region. All this for the greater comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best that the Serra Catarinense has to offer with extreme security and cordiality from the hosts.

There are 70 square meters with a balcony with barbecue, two bedrooms, one air-conditioned suite with a double bed and another air-conditioned room with two single beds. The kitchen and living room are integrated. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The room is air conditioned and has a sofa and Smart 32" TV. We have 100 mega Wi-Fi Internet, as well as we have bath towels, bed linen, pillows and blankets and a washing machine.

Remarks:

- All guests must wear a condominium wristband to access the common areas (06 wristbands available);

- Access to the garage (1 parking space), the condominium and the building must be done with a tag given to tenants at check-in;

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, open market. In addition to this beach, Penha has other 18 paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Paciencia, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Airplane: the closest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can move around on foot, by car or bicycle with ease, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, as well as spaces available in front of the building for visitors.
