Multitemporada presents Pousada Sestrem, located in São João Batista/SC. If you are looking for a cozy, pleasant, romantic and family-friendly place, you have found the right place, here you will find a unique experience, with beautiful landscapes, swimming pool, games room, fishing and the smell of nature! Perfect for your family to rest and enjoy what nature can offer. We have a restaurant with homemade food and a quality space to enjoy, as well as a delicious breakfast!

Concept: Comfortable space for two to three people with maximum comfort, we have a double box bed, 32'' Smart TV, 500 mega WIFI, minibar, air conditioning, bouncy castle and ball pit,complete bed linen and bath towels. We include a delicious breakfast and provide a restaurant with quality lunch.

Breakfast: a delicious breakfast is served daily from 8am to 10am. We offer bread, cold cuts, salami, jams, fruits, juices and cakes, as well as other delicacies. Many of the ingredients used are harvested daily from our own orchard and vegetable garden, all made with great care, from our family to yours.

Pousada Sestrem offers: Communal swimming pool, collective barbecue, games room with billiards table, private parking, fishing lake and fishing items.

All this for the greater comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best of Santa Catarina,

- We take care of every detail of your accommodation and leave you at ease;

Multitemporada presents the Family Apartment in Esteito. A cozy and pleasant environment, very familiar with a quality structure, full of amenities and comfort. The apartment is located in Florianópolis, in the mainland region, in a central location between the beaches of Ilha da Magia and other beaches on the Santa Catarina coast, such as Palmas in Governador Celso Ramos.

The apartment has capacity for 5 people, has 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is a bunk bed, and 1 living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, balcony with barbecue, and parking for 1 car and 1 motorcycle. In addition, we have other amenities, such as: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, electric iron, and bed linen, in addition to all the comfort and privacy for our guests.

It is 6 km from the center, it takes on average 12 minutes to get there.

The condominium offers swimming pools, multi-sport courts, a soccer field, a children's and adult game room, an air-conditioned kids' area, a gym, and a walking area.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Region and Access:

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters and lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path, and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, a pharmacy, and a street market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Praia Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: Access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Praia da Armação.

- Plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent a car.

- Within the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bike; the city has a bike path and several parking spaces.
