The apartment is located in Florianópolis, in the mainland region, in a central location between the beaches of Ilha da Magia and other beaches on the Santa Catarina coast, such as Palmas in Governador Celso Ramos.

The apartment has capacity for 5 people, has 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is a bunk bed, and 1 living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, balcony with barbecue, and parking for 1 car and 1 motorcycle. In addition, we have other amenities, such as: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, electric iron, and bed linen, in addition to all the comfort and privacy for our guests.

We have a huge infrastructure with over 60,000m² of land, full of nature: forests, a dam with a spring inside the property, trails, a recreation area, animals in the pasture, a lake, among other options for your best stay. In addition, we offer ample parking for 4 cars and a heated pool.

The internal structure has a complete kitchen: hot water on tap, barbecue, stove, wood stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, basic kitchen items, as well as first-rate appliances and a dining table for 6 people. In addition, we have quality WI-FI internet, bed linen, blankets and pillows and a beautiful deck with an open fire, hammock, benches covered with sheepskin and an exuberant view of the mountains in the region.
