Multitemporada presents Casa Canto Lindo, in the center of Urubici/SC. A cozy retreat surrounded by nature, ideal for couples or groups of up to 6 people. With two suites, a large backyard, garden and barbecue area, it offers comfort and tranquility. Enjoy unique moments with beautiful landscapes and the pleasant climate of the Serra Catarinense.
On our land, we have 2 identical houses (semi-detached), but they are rented independently. This ad is related to Casa Canto dos Pássaros (left side).
Bedrooms: The house has 2 suites, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, a wardrobe and hot and cold air conditioning.
Kitchen: Complete and well-equipped with refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, airfryer and everything you need to prepare your meals, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. One special feature is that our kitchen has gas heating in the sink. We have a sandwich maker available.
Living room: Large and spacious retractable sofa with reclining backrest (1.80m), super comfortable. For groups of 6 people, consider this a place for some of the guests to sleep, since we have one or, for those who prefer, we also have two additional single mattresses. In addition, we have a 43'' Full HD Smart TV with Roku, Miracast and HDMI.
Dining Room: Integrated area, in an open concept, between the living room and the kitchen, ideal for those who like to gather even more with family and friends, keeping everyone closer, even if they are doing different activities.
Bathroom (suite): The bathroom is spacious and has gas heating, which provides a much more comfortable and enjoyable shower, especially on those colder days.
Outdoor area: We have a garage for one car, which during the day can also serve as an extension of the house, being a covered porch. The garage is where the barbecue area is located, a place where moments of relaxation and fun take place. The area is equipped with a sink and wooden countertop, ideal for gathering everyone together at meal time. Finally, the backyard is large, with part grass and part gravel.
Amenities: Here you don't need to worry about bed linens or towels, we provide a full set of these items. The Wi-Fi internet has 400 mega download and 200 mega upload speeds. Finally, we have a hair dryer, iron and laundry with a washing machine and clothesline.
Neighborhood: There is no traffic on the street where the property is located, as it is a dead-end street, which provides more silence, both during the day and when sleeping, and also provides more security, especially for family groups with children. Our guests have access to a guide with recommendations for services and tourist itineraries in the city, in which we have separated the best tips for you to enjoy the best of Urubici. We are open to welcome you and your group and thus experience special days in the Serra Catarinense.

Strategically located neighborhood, ideal for those who want to get around to any tourist spot in the city, including the house located right at the base of Morro do Parapente, a very popular tourist spot in Urubici, ideal for watching a beautiful sunset. In addition, we are very close to the main services such as markets, bakeries, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, among others.

- Check-in and check-out times are standard: Check-in from 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. On specific dates, these times may be changed and will be pre-arranged in advance with the guest;
