A cozy and pleasant space for couples and groups of up to 4 people, who seek comfort and experience just a few meters from the Lagoa (Beira da Lagoa), with an excellent view and surrounding a beach area. The Ibiraquera Life property has a fantastic external infrastructure full of nature, a well-kept garden, shared swimming pool and outdoor shower.

The Studio is large (40m²), comfortable and air-conditioned with a double bed, double sofa bed, balcony with garden view, private bathroom, kitchenette with: refrigerator, stove, microwave, complete private barbecue, coffee maker, as well like kitchen utensils. In addition, it has a 32'' Smart TV and a balcony with a hammock for your rest.

In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

The garage is where the barbecue area is located, a place where moments of relaxation and fun take place. The area is equipped with a sink and wooden countertop, ideal for gathering everyone together at meal time. Finally, the backyard is large, with part grass and part gravel.
