Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm seas and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, fairground. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Inside the city: you can walk, car or bicycle easily, the city has a bike path, in addition to several parking spaces.

Bedrooms: The house has 2 suites, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and hot and cold air conditioning.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, and everything you need to prepare your meals, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A unique feature is that our kitchen has gas heating in the sink. We have a sandwich maker available.

Living room: Large and spacious retractable sofa with reclining backrest (1.80m), super comfortable. For groups of 6 people, consider this as a place for one of the guests to sleep, as we have one available, or for those who prefer, we also have two additional single mattresses. Furthermore, we have a 43'' Full HD Smart TV with Roku, Miracast, and HDMI.

Dining Room: An integrated, open-concept area between the living room and the kitchen, an ideal environment for those who like to bring family and friends closer together, even if they are engaged in different activities.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are spacious and have gas heating, providing a much more comfortable and enjoyable shower, especially on colder days.

Outdoor Area: We have a garage for one car, which during the day can also serve as an extension of the house, being a covered veranda. The barbecue area is located in the garage, a place for relaxation and fun. The area is equipped with a sink and wooden countertop, ideal for gathering everyone at mealtimes. Finally, the backyard is large, partly grassed and partly gravel.

Amenities: Here you don't need to worry about bed linens or towels; we provide a complete set of these items. The Wi-Fi internet has a download speed of 400 Mbps and an upload speed of 200 Mbps. Finally, we have a hairdryer, iron, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and clothesline.

In a place where only nature was enough, the house was built to provide even more comfort to lovers of nature and beautiful beaches. Here waves and winds come together in a favorable condition for surfing, stand up, kitesurfing, windsurfing and very quiet.

Cozy and totally private environments with turnkey. Decor appropriate to the beach climate, with a slightly rustic elegance, in soft colors. An eternal holiday atmosphere, with a truly magical setting in which the visitor can be moved by the blue hour, pink hour sky.

Our structure offers: 2 suites with air conditioning. One has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. In addition, we have an additional single mattress. The total capacity of the house is 5 people.
