Multitemporada presents Casa Canto Lindo, in the center of Urubici/SC. A cozy retreat surrounded by nature, ideal for couples or groups of up to 6 people. With two suites, a large backyard, garden and barbecue area, it offers comfort and tranquility. Enjoy unique moments with beautiful landscapes and the pleasant climate of the Serra Catarinense.

On our property we have 2 identical (semi-detached) houses, but they are rented independently. This listing is for the Canto das Árvores house (right side).

Bedrooms: The house has 2 suites, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and hot and cold air conditioning.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, and everything you need to prepare your meals, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A unique feature is that our kitchen has gas heating in the sink. We have a sandwich maker available.

Living room: Large and spacious retractable sofa with reclining backrest (1.80m), super comfortable. For groups of 6 people, consider this as a place for one of the guests to sleep, as we have one available, or for those who prefer, we also have two additional single mattresses. Furthermore, we have a 43'' Full HD Smart TV with Roku, Miracast, and HDMI.

Dining Room: An integrated, open-concept area between the living room and the kitchen, an ideal environment for those who like to bring family and friends closer together, even if they are engaged in different activities.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are spacious and have gas heating, providing a much more comfortable and enjoyable shower, especially on colder days.

Outdoor Area: We have a garage for one car, which during the day can also serve as an extension of the house, being a covered veranda. The barbecue area is located in the garage, a place for relaxation and fun. The area is equipped with a sink and wooden countertop, ideal for gathering everyone at mealtimes. Finally, the backyard is large, partly grassed and partly gravel.

Amenities: Here you don't need to worry about bed linens or towels; we provide a complete set of these items. The Wi-Fi internet has a download speed of 400 Mbps and an upload speed of 200 Mbps. Finally, we have a hairdryer, iron, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and clothesline.

Neighborhood: The street where the property is located is a dead-end street, providing more silence during the day and for sleeping, and also greater security, especially for family groups with children.
