Bedrooms: The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and hot and cold air conditioning. In addition, the bedroom on the left overlooks the neighborhood and the bedroom on the right overlooks the backyard.

Outdoor area: We have a garage for one car, where during the day it can also serve as an extension of the house, being a covered porch. The barbecue corner is located in the garage, where moments of relaxation and fun take place. The environment is equipped with a sink, countertop and a spacious wooden table, ideal for gathering everyone at the table at mealtime. Finally, the backyard is large, with part grass and part gravel.

Neighborhood: There are no cars on the street where the land is located, as the street is dead-end, which provides more silence, both during the day and for sleeping, and also provides more security, especially for family groups with children. .
