The accommodation is organized as follows:

Bedroom: Queen-size bed.

Unit amenities: Indoor fireplace, hot and cold air conditioning, balcony with privileged views of the mountains and lake, 32'' Smart TV with Cable Channels (Claro TV), portable heater, Wi-Fi internet, bed linens, pillows and blankets, bath towels, personal hygiene items (liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath salts), and hair dryer.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, porcelain dishes, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils. All to ensure greater comfort for our guests, so you feel at home—a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best of the Serra Catarinense.

Region and Access:

- Armação beach is ideal for families, with calm waters and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane, and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and an open market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other stunning beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. There is a roundabout in front of Beto Carrero that directs you towards Armação beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- Within the city: you can get around easily on foot, by car, or by bike. The city has bike lanes and several parking areas.
