Concept:

Fully equipped units for couples and families on a property located on Ilha do Mel. A zen environment with a beautiful garden, plenty of contact with nature, perfect for relaxation, and an exceptional view of the native landscape.

Our space is full of joy, surf spirit, and the most charming vibe that only the island has. Located in Brasília on Ilha do Mel, we are between Praia Grande and Praia de Fora. It will be a real pleasure to welcome you!

Facilities:

The Chalet is a delight, featuring a built area of 50m²: a private, exclusive space with an outdoor area, porch, heated hydromassage jacuzzi, barbecue grill, and relaxation area.

Spacious living room with single beds for 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, mezzanine for 2, and suite for a couple. All areas have air conditioning.

Suite: Double bed + Hot/Cold Air Conditioning + Balcony;

Mezzanine: 2 Single beds;

Living Room: 2 Single beds + 32" Smart TV with BTV (Pay-per-view channels) and Hot/Cold Air Conditioning;

Note: The ground floor air conditioning also cools the mezzanine;

Bathroom: Complete with electric shower;

Porch: Hanging hammock, TV projector, and a view of nature;

Gourmet area (outdoor): Barbecue, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, and sink;

Fully equipped indoor kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove, electric oven, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, dishes, and cookware;

Additionally, we provide a wood-burning indoor fireplace, quality Wi-Fi, hotel-grade bedding, bath and face towels, and a washing machine;

Everything is designed for your comfort so you feel at home in a perfect retreat to relax and explore the best of Ilha do Mel;

Guidelines:

- We welcome pets of any size by paying a fee of R$: 120.00. Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, be friendly, and always on a leash under the owner's care.

We kindly ask you to bring bowls, a bed, and any other items your pet may need. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.

- We have a total of 2 hot/cold air conditioners: 1 in the suite and another in the living room/mezzanine;

- We offer grill racks and coarse salt for barbecuing;

- Complimentary items: salt, sugar, coffee, and cooking oil;

- We provide firewood for your stay;

- We provide beach chairs and a sunshade;

- We take care of every detail of your stay and ensure you feel at ease;

Loft Paralelas is a delight, with a 35m² built area: an exclusive and very private space, featuring an outdoor area with a porch, hammock, barbecue, and garden.

Spacious living room with single beds for 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, social bathroom, and mezzanine with double bed. Open and air-conditioned spaces with hot and cold air conditioning;

Mezzanine: Double bed and square suspended hammock with TV projector;

Living Room: 2 single beds + 32'' Smart TV with BTV (Pay-per-view channels);

Multitemporada introduces Cabana Bad Wolf, a cozy and exclusive 40m² retreat designed to provide unforgettable experiences in the majestic Serra Catarinense. Perfect for couples, small families, or groups of up to 3 guests seeking tranquility and contact with nature, the chalet offers an intimate, comfortable, and well-equipped setting, located just 500 meters from BR-282, 10 km from downtown Rancho Queimado, and 12 km from the Serra da Boa Vista Viewpoint.

The cabin features a queen-size bed and an extra bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. The bedroom comes with a hot and cold air conditioner (18,000 BTUs), 300-thread-count linens, high-quality towels (3 bath towels and 3 face towels), a thicker blanket, 3 medium blankets, and 4 pillows. The full bathroom includes 2 showers, 1 sink, and stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen offers a mini fridge, table for two, oven, induction stove, microwave, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, wine opener, sandwich maker, fondue pot, coffee filter, thermos, and a range of utensils (pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, wine glasses, champagne and beer glasses, plates, pizza pan, and more). We also provide basic items like detergent, sponge, salt, and sugar.

The space radiates a special atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unplugging. A highlight is the hot tub with a unique mountain view, ideal for romantic moments. The porch features an infinity swing, perfect for enjoying the scenery. Outdoor amenities include two fire pit areas, spacious parking, a swing, barbecue grill with grate, and a deck with lounge chairs. Indoors, you’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber-optic with 50MB download and 50MB upload), TV (no open channels, only Netflix and YouTube), JBL speaker, hairdryer, amenities kit with seven items (soaps, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, bath salts, among others).

Notes and Policies

The accommodation welcomes up to 3 guests. We accept up to 2 small pets. Please note: we do not accept medium or large pets. Our water heating system is gas-powered. We supply firewood for the fire pit, but the quantity is limited; if you require more, we recommend bringing extra for your stay. We have blackout curtains with remote height control.

The Boomerangue Unit is at ground level and measures 30m². It features: 1 bedroom, living area, full bathroom, and a private outdoor deck.

Bedroom: King-size bed + single bed + hot and cold air conditioning.

Compact kitchen: Includes a sink and a simple dining area with an electric kettle, glasses, mugs, and a coffee maker.

To complement your stay, we offer 1000 megabyte Wi-Fi internet, 32'' smart TV, hotel-grade bed and bath linens. Additionally, we provide a hairdryer and iron upon request at the reception.

All of this is provided for the comfort of our guests, so you feel at home in a perfect retreat to relax and discover the best Campeche has to offer.

Notes:

- We have 5 private parking spots, with additional spaces available at the end of our street (our street is very quiet with little traffic).

- We offer a pantry where guests can request access to the microwave.

- Barbecue facilities are available by reservation at the reception. Maximum use time: Until 10:00 PM.

- We provide grills and skewers for barbecue in the gourmet area.

- We have an à la carte restaurant: Open from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The menu includes a variety of options such as pizzas, Argentinian empanadas, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane and the neighborhood offers all vacation conveniences: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and a street market. In addition to this beach, Penha features 18 other stunning beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: Access to Penha is via highway BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto road. In front of Beto Carrero, a roundabout will direct you toward Armação Beach.

- By plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bike. The city has bike lanes and several parking areas available.
