The apartment is 70 square meters with a balcony featuring a barbecue grill and sea view, two air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views (one of them a suite), and an integrated air-conditioned kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, electric kettle, blender, and all the necessary utensils to prepare a great meal.

The air-conditioned living room features a very comfortable double sofa bed and a 55'' Smart TV. The apartment has Wi-Fi (600 Mbps), as well as internet provided by the condominium. We also provide bed and bath linens, hair dryer, iron, and washing machine.

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike lane and the neighborhood offers all vacation conveniences: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, and a street market. In addition to this beach, Penha features 18 other stunning beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: Access to Penha is via highway BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto road. In front of Beto Carrero, a roundabout will direct you toward Armação Beach.

- By plane: The nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: You can easily get around on foot, by car, or by bike. The city has bike lanes and several parking areas available.
