Our space has a structure surrounded by nature, with beach decor, totally relevant to the region. In total, we have 1 chalet and 3 lofts, perfectly furnished and full of comfort! Come and see!

Concept:

Fully equipped units for couples and families in a property located on Ilha do Mel. A Zen-like atmosphere, with a beautiful garden, plenty of natural contact, perfect for relaxing and a privileged view of the native vegetation.

Our space exudes joy, a surfing spirit, and the most charming vibe that only the island has. Located in Brasília on Ilha do Mel, we are between Praia Grande and Praia de Fora. It will be a true pleasure to welcome you!

Facilities:

The Paralelas Loft is a charming 35-square-foot property: an exclusive and highly private space with an outdoor area with a balcony, hammock, barbecue grill, and garden.

Large living room with twin beds for two people, a full kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a mezzanine with a double bed. Open-plan living areas with hot and cold air conditioning;

Mezzanine: Double bed and square hanging hammock with TV projector;

Living Room: 2 Twin Beds + 32" Smart TV with Pay-per-view channels;

Shared Bathroom: Fully equipped with an electric shower;

Balcony: Hammock and private outdoor barbecue;

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stovetop and electric oven, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, and dishes and pots;

We also offer high-quality Wi-Fi and hotel-grade linens, bath towels, and face towels.

Guidelines:

- We welcome and love pets of any size for a fee of R$120.00. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, be docile, and always be on a leash under the care of their owner.

We kindly ask that you bring bowls, beds, and other items your pet likes. Pets are not allowed on the bed or sofa.

- We provide grills and coarse salt for barbecues;

- Complimentary supplies: salt, sugar, coffee, and oil;

- We take care of every detail of your stay and make your stay comfortable;

- We provide beach chairs and an umbrella;

Bedroom: The cabin features a queen-size bed with 300-thread-count sheets, high-quality towels (two bath towels and two face towels), a thicker blanket, two Medore blankets, and four pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. It also features 18,000 BTU hot and cold air conditioning.

Bathroom: We have one full bathroom with two showers, one powder room, and a stunning view.

Main Amenity: Jacuzzi tub with unique mountain views.

Full Kitchen: Equipped with a minibar, table for two, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, coffee percolator, thermos, and kitchen utensils (pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, wine, sparkling wine, and beer glasses, plates, pizza pan, and more). We also provide basic items such as dish soap, a sponge, salt, sugar, and cooking oil.

Technology and Comfort: High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic with 50MB download and 50MB upload), JBL speaker, hairdryer, amenity kit with seven items (soaps, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, bath salts, among others), and sleep masks.

The Bollté Praia Boutique Pousada - Campeche property has an external infrastructure prepared for your stay: Swimming pool with sun loungers, lounge/restaurant, garden, patio, gourmet area with barbecue, outdoor fire pit, hammocks in the trees, private parking for 5 cars and rotating parking spaces at the end of the street where the guesthouse is located.

The Boomerang Unit is ground floor and has 30m². It has: 1 bedroom, living area, full bathroom and private outdoor deck;

Bedroom: King-Size Bed + Single Bed + Hot and Cold Air Conditioning;

Compact kitchen: It has a sink and a simple dining area with an electric kettle, glasses, cups, and a coffee maker.

In addition, we have 500 Mbps Wi-Fi internet, a 32'' Smart TV, and hotel-quality bed and bath linens. We also have a hairdryer and iron available upon request at reception.

All this for the greater comfort of our guests, so they feel at home in a perfect retreat to rest and discover the best of Campeche.

- We have 5 private parking spaces, and the rest are at the end of the street where the inn is located (our street is very quiet and has no car traffic);

- We offer grills and skewers for barbecue in the gourmet area;

In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: Penha can be accessed via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

- Within the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car or by bike, the city has a bike path, as well as several parking spaces.
