The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, electric kettle, blender and all the utensils needed to make a good meal.
The air-conditioned living room has a double sofa bed (very comfortable) and a 55'' Smart TV. We have Wi-Fi in the apartment (600 mega), in addition to the internet provided by the gated community itself. Finally, we have bed linen and towels, a hair dryer, iron and washing machine.

The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for your vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, a pharmacy, and a street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.
- Car: Penha can be accessed via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.
- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.
