Sítio da Neblina Cabin

The Sítio da Neblina Cabin is a true retreat in the Serra Catarinense, designed for those seeking rest, comfort, and complete immersion in nature. The space combines warmth and rusticity, providing special days amidst mountains, crystal-clear rivers, and the tranquility of the countryside.

Accommodating up to 9 people, the cabin offers a spacious and welcoming structure. There are three well-distributed bedrooms:

The suite has a double bed;

The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed;

The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.

In addition to the suite's bathroom, the house also has a guest bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests.

On cold days, the fireplace warms the rooms and makes moments even more pleasant. The linens are complete, electric heating sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels, so guests can feel at home from the moment they arrive.

The common area invites you to socialize. The veranda with a hammock and the open patio offer perfect settings for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen—with a stove, wood-burning oven, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, cutlery, and pots—ensures complete autonomy for preparing meals in your own space. For barbecue enthusiasts, the cabin features an outdoor fire pit that also functions as a barbecue, along with grills and skewers.

Leisure and connection with nature are major highlights of the property. There are 360-degree views of the mountains, as well as attractions such as an orchard, chicken coop, vegetable garden, a horse that interacts with guests, dogs, and even a river that runs through the grounds. The water used is from a spring and an artesian well, with solar heating. The traditional wood-burning stove adds even more charm to the experience.

In the living room, a 42-inch TV provides entertainment, and the accommodation also provides an iron and hairdryer. For security, the outdoor area has cameras. The parking lot is spacious and uncovered, easily accommodating several vehicles.

Cabana Sítio da Neblina is also pet-friendly: pets are welcome at no extra charge, as long as their owners bring their own bed, bowls, and other necessary items, which are the owner's sole responsibility.

Curucaca Cabin

Curucaca Cabin is a special corner of the Serra Catarinense, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy, and direct contact with nature. With a rustic style and welcoming charm, the cabin integrates all areas into a single space, providing an intimate and relaxing experience.

Accommodating up to 3 people in an integrated environment, the cabin features a double bed and a single bed, as well as a full bathroom. A full set of linens, electric heating pads, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided, ensuring convenience and comfort from the moment you arrive.

The space is heated by a heater, which, along with the 42-inch TV positioned next to it, creates the perfect space to enjoy the chilly mountain nights. The kitchen is compact and well-equipped, featuring a four-burner cooktop, a minibar, a 2-in-1 air fryer with oven, as well as the crockery, cutlery, and utensils needed to prepare meals in the cabin.

Outdoors, the porch and patio invite relaxation and contemplation. Right in front of the cabin, a newly built lake nestled among eucalyptus trees further enhances the scenery, which already boasts 360-degree mountain views. Inside the property, guests can enjoy the tranquility of the orchard, vegetable garden, chicken coop, animals such as horses and dogs, and a clean river that runs through the property. The water used is from a spring and an artesian well, and is heated by gas.

The parking lot is spacious and uncovered, easily accommodating several vehicles. For added security, the outdoor area is monitored by cameras. Wi-Fi is available. Available, ensuring connectivity even amidst the mountain retreat atmosphere.

Curuca Cabin is also pet-friendly: pets are welcome at no extra charge, as long as their owners bring their own bed, bowls, and other necessary items, which is the owner's sole responsibility.

Strategically located amidst lush nature, CasaIvan combines tranquility, good taste, and a new lodging experience. A pleasant sensation of staying at the beach and in the mountains at the same time. CasaIvan is my home where I live in Florianópolis. For 12 years I worked in the hotel industry in London, and after a vacation trip to the "Island of Magic," it was love at first sight, and so I decided that this would be where I would live and also bring my dream to life: to have a guesthouse with a modern, stylish feel and a new concept, where hospitality and personalization are paramount.

Today, CasaIvan has 3 available spaces, which are rented individually and privately (suites), and the social areas such as the kitchen, barbecue, and pool are for collective use. Each suite is located on a different floor of the house, providing privacy and comfort for guests.

Guests have access to a mini-fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. Hot and cold air conditioning is provided.
