Multitemporada presents the Oasis Suite at CasaIvan, an exclusive accommodation in Florianópolis, surrounded by native forest and designed to provide comfort, tranquility, and a unique experience. Inspired by the romantic and sunny landscapes of the Aegean Sea, the suite combines the minimalism of Greek architecture with sophisticated elements and an intimate atmosphere.

CasaIvan offers three accommodations, rented individually and privately. Each one is located in a different area of the property, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. The main pool, kitchen, barbecue, living room, and other common areas comprise the social area.

Oasis Suite – The White and Minimalism of Greece

The Oasis Suite is a gem of Hellenic inspiration that transports guests to the romantic and sunlit scenery of the Aegean Sea, with references to destinations like Mykonos and Ibiza.

Its minimalist architecture is defined by pure white textured walls, sculpted arches, and the vibrant contrast of pink bougainvillea under the blue sky. Inside, arched niches with classic sculptures, cozy lighting, golden details, and CasaIvan’s personalized robes complete the experience.

Located on the lower floor of the main house, the suite is spacious, air-conditioned, and comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests in a Queen Size bed. The room is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, a 43-inch Samsung Smart TV, minibar, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The large private bathroom features a comfortable shower with gas heating and selected amenities to make your stay even more pleasant.

The combination of white walls, arches, lush vegetation, and vibrant colors creates an atmosphere inspired by the Greek islands, perfect for romantic moments and special memories.

The social area at CasaIvan offers a large main pool, a spacious lawn, a lounge with bar, barbecue, wood-fired stove, and a living room with fireplace.

On the upper veranda, the hammock area provides a peaceful space to rest, enjoy nature, and relax.

The kitchen in the social area is fully equipped with an induction electric stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, grill, air fryer, sandwich maker, dinnerware, cutlery, and utensils for meal preparation.

During the day, the sounds of nature make the experience even more special. At night, silence and a welcoming atmosphere create the perfect setting for a peaceful and restorative night’s sleep.

Continental Breakfast

Breakfast is included with your stay and may include tea, coffee, orange juice, artisan breads, scrambled eggs, turkey breast, cheese, waffles with chocolate spread and strawberries, fruit salad, natural yogurt, and strawberry jam.

In the Oasis Suite, the experience can be enjoyed even more with a floating breakfast served in the private pool.

CasaIvan features a small spa, offering massage and relaxation experiences, depending on availability, with scheduling and an additional fee.

The Story and Essence of CasaIvan

CasaIvan was born from Ivan’s dream to unite his 12 years of hospitality experience in London with his passion for fashion, art, and design. After visiting Florianópolis on a trip, he fell in love with the Magic Island and decided to turn his own home into an exclusive accommodation, marked by hospitality, personality, and attention to detail.

More than a stay, CasaIvan offers a sensory experience inspired by remarkable destinations around the world. The experience begins upon arrival: after traveling along a simple and welcoming street, guests pass through the property’s gateway and discover a true haven amidst the native forest, where the comfort of a boutique hotel meets the coziness of a home.

Sustainability is present throughout the property. About 80% of the water used comes from natural springs, the native forest is preserved, and natural materials are consciously incorporated into the décor.

The decoration is curated exclusively, with restored furniture or pieces crafted by Ivan himself, as well as items found in antique shops during his travels around the world. Each environment has its own identity and brings together references collected throughout his journey and travels.

This singular personality has made CasaIvan a regional reference for photo shoots, editorials, brand campaigns, and content production.

Besides this beach, Penha boasts 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, and Quilombo, all within a few kilometers of the condo.

- By car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto road. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout that points you toward Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condo, where car rentals are available.

- Within the city: you can get around easily on foot, by car or by bicycle, and the city has bike paths, as well as plenty of parking spots.
