Silver Dream – Tiny House in the Mountains | Rancho Queimado – SC

Silver Dream is a charming and welcoming 15m² tiny house, created to live the true concept of "less is more" with comfort, purpose, and peace. Ideal for couples who wish to slow down, reconnect with nature — and with God — amidst the serene climate of the Santa Catarina mountains.

Accommodations & Structure

Silver Dream is perfect for 2 people, offering an intimate environment with all the comfort of a boutique hotel.

The suite includes:

- 1 queen bed with Altenburg 300 thread count linens

- Pillows and blankets for cold nights

- Full bathroom with pressurized shower, gas heating, and electric towel warmer.

Designed for all seasons, the space features an internal wood-burning heater and hot and cold air conditioning (12,000 BTUs) to climatize the entire interior environment. To complete the experience, the tiny house features 400 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi, a 32” Smart TV, and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is practical and functional, equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, two-burner cooktop, dishes, utensils, and essential items for light and cozy meals.

Outside, the veranda with a wooden deck and a fire pit creates the perfect setting for romantic moments under the starry mountain sky.

The half-hectare property, fully fenced and surrounded by lavender, offers two parking spaces, privacy, silence, and direct contact with nature. Our host resides on-site, offering discreet and 24-hour support.

Access is facilitated by self check-in.

Guests can freely move throughout the property and also explore the neighboring @staykairos space, which complements the experience with an equally welcoming and contemplative atmosphere.

The Tiny House Silver Dream was designed to be efficient and cozy. And impress with its quality. Built with a galvanized steel frame, King Span cladding, and PET blanket insulation, it offers excellent thermal and acoustic comfort — coolness in summer and coziness on cold mountain days.

The marine plywood interior combined with indirect LED lighting creates an intimate, contemporary, and extremely comfortable atmosphere — a true minimalist mountain retreat.

Strategically located amidst lush nature, CasaIvan combines tranquility, good taste, and a new lodging experience. A pleasant sensation of staying at the beach and in the mountains at the same time. CasaIvan is my home where I live in Florianópolis. For 12 years I worked in the hotel industry in London, and after a vacation trip to the "Island of Magic," it was love at first sight, and so I decided that this would be where I would live and also bring my dream to life: to have a guesthouse with a modern, stylish feel and a new concept, where hospitality and personalization are paramount.

Today, CasaIvan has 3 available spaces, which are rented individually and privately (suites), and the social areas such as the kitchen, barbecue, and pool are for collective use. Each suite is located on a different floor of the house, providing privacy and comfort for guests.

Discover paradise at CasaIvan, a luxury home in Florianópolis that unites the charm of the beach and the mountains in a setting of exuberant nature. My name is Ivan, and I'm passionate about hospitality. I've transformed my home into an exclusive retreat to offer a unique lodging experience.

The suite accommodates up to two guests with one double bed and is located inside the main house. It's a spacious suite with elegant décor. A special attraction is the heated outdoor pool with chromotherapy. The suite has a large bathroom with a comfortable shower heated by gas. Guests have access to a mini-fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. Hot and cold air conditioning is provided.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM, subject to seasonal changes by prior arrangement. Attention to detail is our priority. We offer an ideal space for photo shoots and editorials, with prior notice and an extra fee. The professional team, led by me, Ivan, is available to make your stay perfect. Whether it's for tips about Florianópolis, suggestions for tours, or assistance in emergencies, we are here for you.

Region and Access:

- Armação Beach is ideal for families, with calm waters and lifeguard supervision. The neighborhood offers all the amenities for a vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, a pharmacy, and a street market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to explore, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Praia Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- By car: access to Penha is via BR-101, at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero World, there is a roundabout indicating the direction to Armação Beach.

- By plane: the nearest airport is Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Within the city: it is easy to get around on foot, by car, or by bicycle. The city has a bike path and several parking areas.
