Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in common areas. We welcome small pets at no extra charge, subject to prior approval (other sizes upon request). Owners are responsible for any damages, for cleaning up after their pets, and for ensuring pets do not climb on furniture or remain in the condominium’s common areas. Please bring your pet’s belongings. Violation of any rule will result in a R$ 200.00 fine. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
