Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably, the chalet is perfect for families and small groups who want to enjoy the warm mountain atmosphere with practicality and an excellent location in the center of Rancho Queimado.

Bedrooms and Suites

The chalet has two well-distributed suites:

1st bedroom: two double beds (1 queen + 1 standard double)

2nd bedroom: one queen bed and one single bed

Between the bedrooms, there is a half-bathroom, adding even more convenience to daily life.

With approximately 100m² of indoor area, the property offers integrated and inviting spaces, with a living room combined with the dining and kitchen area, providing comfort and togetherness in a functional and welcoming environment. The living room features a 42” smart TV with cable channels, as well as a charming fireplace that makes chilly days even more special.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, including a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, blender, juice maker, mixer, and electric kettle, allowing guests to prepare their meals with ease.

The chalet offers 2 full bathrooms and 1 half-bathroom, along with several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, such as 750MB Wi-Fi, 2 air conditioning units (one in one of the bedrooms and another in the living/dining area), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels, all clean and prepared for guests' arrival.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a cozy balcony and a barbecue area equipped with grills and skewers, perfect for leisure moments and gatherings. The property also provides 2 parking spaces.

To make the experience even more special, guests receive a charming breakfast basket with selected items to enjoy the mountain days with extra comfort and warmth. The basket includes Pureza soda, a bouquet of dried flowers as a special keepsake to take home, 2 yogurts, cream cheese, teas, Casa Suíça cake, Bauducco toasts, 2 apples, 2 oranges, and honey available for consumption during the stay.

In a place where nature alone sufficed, Franca's House was built to provide even more comfort to nature lovers and those who appreciate beautiful beaches. Here, waves and winds combine in conditions ideal for surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and tranquility.

Cozy and completely private spaces with key access. Decor appropriate to the beach atmosphere, with a slightly rustic elegance in soft colors. An eternal vacation atmosphere, with a truly magical setting where visitors can be moved by the sky, sometimes blue, sometimes pink.

Our structure offers 190m²: 5 bedrooms, one with air conditioning and the rest with fans. The sleeping capacity is for 14 people:

We have 2 large, fully tiled bathrooms. We also have a very cozy living room and a kitchen, complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and quality appliances. We also have a barbecue area with sink, countertop, table and refrigerator.

External Amenities: Private pool, outdoor shower (mini shower for the pool), pool table, foosball table, children's swing and hammock.

Unit Amenities: 500 Mbps Wi-Fi internet throughout the house, 32'' SMART TV with Netflix, Globoplay + Channels and YouTube, excellent quality bed linen and towels, washing machine and parking for 4 cars. The balcony is 24m², two bedrooms also have balconies, the pergola provides a unique aesthetic along with the 40m² front deck. All with excellent views of the Ibiraquera region.

Located in a special place, where the encounter with nature is a spectacle in itself, Franca’s House is 400m from Ibiraquera Lagoon and 2.0km from Rosa Norte;

The region where the property is located has 24-hour banks, a bus station, supermarkets, and general commerce. Ibiraquera, in addition to its tranquility, also offers bars and restaurants with typical dishes, open year-round. Guests also have the convenience of having a bakery and mini-market near the house. 50km from Ibiraquera is the historic city of Laguna, where you can enjoy fantastic walks on its beautiful beaches and visit tourist attractions such as the Santa Marta Lighthouse. The Chalets are climate-controlled with air conditioning, and one of them has an indoor fireplace. The infrastructure can accommodate up to 8 people, offering maximum convenience. Spacious and comfortable environments are features of the space, which includes three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms;

Bedroom 1: Double Bed, Single Trundle Bed + Hot and Cold Air Conditioning;

Our Pousada has 4 (four) options of apartments all furnished, we provide bed and bath linen, 32 "Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, laundry and parking. We provide guests with a beautiful outdoor terrace with benches to enjoy the beautiful dusk of our region! The apartments are on the second floor.

Apartment 01 consists of a bedroom, living room / kitchen and bathroom:

* Room has a double bed, fan, wardrobe and 32 "Smart TV;

* Living room / kitchen has a table with 4 chairs, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink, built-in cabinets and all the necessary cooking utensils. In the living room we have a bunk bed (two single beds), which can also serve as a sofa and a fan.

Ribeirão da Ilha was one of the first communities in the state and the first in Florianópolis to be inhabited, in the 16th century, by the Carijós Indians. The name given to the beach comes from a small river or stream, located on the site (riverside in indigenous language). According to historians, the first Portuguese and Spanish navigators arrived around 1506. Twenty years later, navigator Sebastião Caboto crossed the Atlantic and came here, and according to information, it was in the Port of Ribeirão that Caboto would have anchored. Between 1748 and 1756 there was the effective colonization of the Island, disembarking about six thousand Azoreans. Some authors say that fifty couples settled in Ribeirão da Ilha. Located 36 kilometers from the center of Florianópolis, Ribeirão da Ilha is composed of several small beaches, with calm waters and coarse sand. It is considered one of the few places on the southern coast of Brazil that preserves the features of Portuguese colonization well. A walk to the beach is a return to Azorean customs and culture. Right when you arrive, you can see the defining features of this culture still preserved in an original and intense way. Most of the houses have pink walls with yellow or white windows. Or green with blue. The curtains also attract attention, almost all made of lace. In addition, it is common for women to be leaning over the window, enjoying the movement outside, or chatting with a comadre who passes by. Meanwhile, their husbands, almost all fishermen, pull their nets on the beach to bring fresh fish home. The Azorean houses, the Nossa Senhora da Lapa do Ribeirão Church and the Ribeirão da Ilha Ethnological Museum (which holds documents and some pieces that tell the history of the region) are some examples of typical places in Florianópolis that are also located in Ribeirão da Ilha .
