Multitemporada presents Sítio Morada Do Pai, a sun-drenched retreat surrounded by nature, with the sound of the waterfall, very close to the Morro da Pipa and Santa Paulina hang-gliding trails. We have a wood-burning stove, adult and children's pools, barbecue, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bed linens and a small boat to sail on the lake. Finally, we are close to CTG Silva Neto, a location for major events in our city!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and charming, with rustic-style decor and air conditioning provided by a heater. Now, it also features air conditioning on the ground floor – a 12,000 BTU unit installed in the living room, strategically positioned to cool both the living room and the other rooms.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests:

In the main room, we also offer a 47" Smart TV with cable channels. All rooms have balconies with views. The neighborhood is rural, quiet, and very safe. We offer secure and private parking. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, but we can arrange a shuttle if necessary.

Instructions:

- In the region, we have some well-known religious tourism options, such as the Sanctuary of Saint Paulina. To reach the sanctuary, it's possible to take a route called "Paths of Saint Paulina." This route begins in Camboriú/SC, passes through Canelinha/SC, where the property is located, and goes to Nova Trento/SC, where the sanctuary is situated. This route is inspired by the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain. The main objective of this trip is to undertake the pilgrimage, a religious act practiced worldwide, and of course, to connect with nature, exploring many places and landscapes amidst the Atlantic Forest. The total distance from the property to the sanctuary is 26km.

- A trip to Pipa Hill to watch the sunrise is highly recommended;

- Tijucas Beach: 30 min by car;

- Itapema: 50 min by car;

- Porto Belo: 50 min by car;

The native forests exude the scent of nature, the birdsong and the murmur of the stream lull relaxation. The region's trails allow for pleasant walks and fresh air. Perfect for families seeking to enjoy unique moments in this singular space, in an environment of quality, harmony, and respect for nature.

The house offers comfort and elegance in a rustic and family-friendly concept, with quality furniture. The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including:

The living and dining room and kitchen are integrated and equipped. The living room has a comfortable sofa, fireplace, Wi-Fi internet and TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, wood-burning stove and oven, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, and kitchen equipment. All rooms meet the needs of the guest. The bedrooms have bed linens. In addition, our space has a covered ground-floor veranda with: 4 hammocks, a barbecue with 6 skewers, 1 grill, a Sputnik (a type of grill), a pool table, and a games table. Outside, we have a ground-level barbecue for roasting ribs, a rib barbecue that holds up to 3 skewers (we provide 1 skewer for this purpose), and we also provide 2 bags of firewood; more is available in the center of Rancho Queimado if needed. Outdoor shower, two external security cameras, garden, parking for 6 cars, grass field, soccer goals, volleyball net, swings for adults and children, wooden deck with incredible views, and a stream 30m from the house.

Campeche é um bairro de Florianópolis situado no Sul da Ilha, foi desmembrado da Lagoa da Conceição a partir de 1995, possui 35 km aproximadamente e sua praia 3km e meio de extensão com faixa larga de areia fina que inclui pequenas dunas, um mar de águas frias e ondas fortes que atraem surfistas para a prática do esporte, Campeche é muito frequentada por turistas principalmente no Verão.
