Casa Master is a rental option at Casa do Beija Flor, a property that works with seasonal rentals all year round, being ideal for families and groups of up to 5 people, located in the beautiful neighborhood of Lagoa da Conceição in Florianópolis. The house is very spacious and fully furnished, comprising a bedroom (suite) in the mezzanine style with air conditioning, large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. We have a beautiful garden, barbecue area, laundry and private parking.

Description of spaces: * Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cupboards, sink and all cooking utensils; * Living room: Table, chairs, rack and 43 "television with cable channels. * Bedroom (mezzanine style): Queen size bed, a single bunk bed and an additional double mattress, wardrobe, dresser and air conditioning; * Bathroom: Complete with water heating in the electrical system, private space for guests, with parking!

We are located in a condominium 800 meters from the trendy center of Lagoa da Conceição, one of the best neighborhoods in Florianópolis, so we are in a quiet and very safe place. Markets and bus stop 200 meters away, beaches such as Joaquina, Campeche, Mole and Barra da Lagoa are between 10 and 15 minutes by car.

In our residence the guest will have his private and closed parking, having free access to the house. We also provide for the greater comfort of guests, air service with washing machine, garden and space with barbecue available!

Located in the eastern region of the island of Santa Catarina and close to the beaches of Joaquina, Mole, Galheta and Barra da Lagoa. It is there that is the largest concentration of bars, shops and good restaurants. Lagoa da Conceição is one of the postcards of Florianópolis, for its grandeur and beauty. At the lookout located on the Morro da Lagoa, you can see its entire length. The Lagoon also attracts water sports enthusiasts such as windsurfing, kite, sailing boats and kayaks.

We are 200 meters from a bus stop and 5 minutes from the Lagoa da Conceição integrated public transport terminal, from where you can go to any region of the island of Florianópolis. The airport is 13 km from our house, the bus station is 18 km, but the access from these places to our house is very easy due to the direct highways to our neighborhood. Time of silence between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am. We accept animals with prior authorization. We do not accept parties on site.

Multitemporada presents Sítio Morada Do Pai, a sun-drenched retreat surrounded by nature, with the sound of the waterfall, very close to the Morro da Pipa and Santa Paulina hang-gliding trails. We have a wood-burning stove, adult and children's pools, barbecue, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bed linens and a small boat to sail on the lake. Finally, we are close to CTG Silva Neto, a location for major events in our city!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and charming, with rustic-style decor and air conditioning provided by a heater. Now, it also features air conditioning on the ground floor – a 12,000 BTU unit installed in the living room, strategically positioned to cool both the living room and the other rooms.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests:

There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, but we can arrange a shuttle if necessary.

Instructions:

- In the region, we have some well-known religious tourism options, such as the Sanctuary of Saint Paulina. To reach the sanctuary, it's possible to take a route called "Paths of Saint Paulina." This route begins in Camboriú/SC, passes through Canelinha/SC, where the property is located, and goes to Nova Trento/SC, where the sanctuary is situated. This route is inspired by the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain. The main objective of this trip is to undertake the pilgrimage, a religious act practiced worldwide, and of course, to connect with nature, exploring many places and landscapes amidst the Atlantic Forest. The total distance from the property to the sanctuary is 26km.

- A trip to Pipa Hill to watch the sunrise is highly recommended;

- Tijucas Beach: 30 min by car;

- Itapema: 50 min by car;

- Porto Belo: 50 min by car;

- Bombinhas: 50 min by car;

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, wood-burning stove and oven, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, and kitchen equipment. All rooms meet the needs of the guest. The bedrooms have bed linens. In addition, our space has a covered ground-floor veranda with: 4 hammocks, a barbecue with 6 skewers, 1 grill, a Sputnik (a type of grill), a pool table, and a games table. Outside, we have a ground-level barbecue for roasting ribs, a rib barbecue that holds up to 3 skewers (we provide 1 skewer for this purpose), and we also provide 2 bags of firewood; more is available in the center of Rancho Queimado if needed. Outdoor shower, two external security cameras, garden, parking for 6 cars, grass field, soccer goals, volleyball net, swings for adults and children, wooden deck with incredible views, and a stream 30m from the house.
