Welcome to EcoHouse Campeche, an exclusive home for those seeking a unique experience offering elegance, romance, and tranquility on the east coast of Florianópolis.

A house with unique and cozy architecture, set on a private and peaceful lot, just 200 meters from the paradisiacal Campeche beach. With a sustainable and welcoming design, the house blends harmoniously into a large and beautiful tropical garden, creating a setting of peace and beauty. The spacious veranda, equipped with two hammocks, is the perfect place to relax and connect with the birds that are attracted to the local flora. A beautiful green roof covers the veranda, which, in addition to being an architectural detail, provides freshness and well-being.

For your comfort, the EcoHouse has a full kitchen (microwave, electric oven, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker), powerful internet, a Smart TV, and a dedicated home office for working—perfect for those who need to stay connected even when away from the city. A unique experience of being able to work comfortably immersed in nature.
The EcoHouse accommodates up to 4 people, but additional fees apply for the third person.

The house has two floors and is located on private land, offering complete privacy. Parking for one car is available on the property. The ground floor features a living room, dining area, home office, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area with a laundry sink. Outside, there's a covered porch with hammocks and a pergola, and an uncovered deck. The upper floor features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two windows with blinds and mosquito nets. A closet with hangers will make it easy to organize your clothes.
The barbecue area is located at the back of the house, next to the shower. We provide guests with beach volleyball rackets, two beach chairs, an umbrella, and an awning for sunny days. Fiberglass surfboards and bicycles are available for rent at an affordable price. The Malibu softboard is available for free.

The house is 200 meters from the dunes of Campeche beach (a 3-minute walk takes you to the beach!), right in front of Campeche Island, enjoying a privileged location.
Nearby, you'll find a market, bakery, pizzeria, traditional restaurants, and other businesses. In the center of Campeche, 1.5 km from the EcoHouse, you'll find more commercial activities, such as a hypermarket, laundromat, pharmacy, shops, etc. The neighborhood is close to the airport (15-minute drive). A bus stop is 3 minutes from the house, taking you downtown and to other beaches. The neighborhood is well connected.

If you are looking for a cozy, pleasant, romantic and family-friendly place, you have found the right place, here you will find a unique experience, with beautiful landscapes, swimming pool, games room, fishing and the smell of nature! Perfect for your family to rest and enjoy what nature can offer. We have a restaurant with homemade food and a quality space to enjoy, as well as a delicious breakfast!

Concept: Comfortable space for two to three people with maximum comfort, we have a double box bed, 32'' Smart TV, 500 mega WIFI, minibar, air conditioning, bouncy castle and ball pit,complete bed linen and bath towels. We include a delicious breakfast and provide a restaurant with quality lunch.

Breakfast: a delicious breakfast is served daily from 8am to 10am. We offer bread, cold cuts, salami, jams, fruits, juices and cakes, as well as other delicacies. Many of the ingredients used are harvested daily from our own orchard and vegetable garden, all made with great care, from our family to yours.

Pousada Sestrem offers: Communal swimming pool, collective barbecue, games room with billiards table, private parking, fishing lake and fishing items.
