The apartment offers 70 square meters with a balcony and barbecue grill, sea view of Praia da Armação, two bedrooms—one is an air-conditioned suite and the other is a demi-suite also with air conditioning. Kitchen and living room are integrated.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, air fryer, electric kettle, sandwich maker, regular pans, pressure cooker, and all the utensils you need to prepare a great meal.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a 43'' Smart TV. Each bedroom has a double bed, plus there is a single mattress and an inflatable mattress for extra guests. There is a TV with Chromecast (Fire TV Stick Lite – Amazon) and IPTV service. We provide bath towels, bed linens, pillows, and blankets.

Wi-Fi is available in the apartment (160 Mbps), in addition to the internet provided by the condominium itself. There is a washing machine and two fans.

All guests must wear a condominium wristband to access the common areas (up to 6 wristbands available).

Access to the garage (1 space), the condominium, and the building is with a tag provided to guests at check-in.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cart for carrying things to the beach are available in the Home Box; we also provide a cooler.

The apartment is in Tower 4, on the third floor.

The apartment is fitted with safety screens on windows and balconies.

We provide barbecue grills.

We accept small pets. Attention: we do not accept medium or large pets.

Region and Access

Praia da Armação is ideal for families, with calm sea monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the essentials for a holiday stay: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, and a farmers market. Besides this beach, Penha has 18 more beautiful beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Praia da Paciência, Praia Vermelha, and Praia do Quilombo— all just a few kilometers from the condominium.

By car: access to Penha is via the BR-101, at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero, there is a roundabout indicating the way to Praia da Armação.

By plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where you can rent cars.

Getting around town: it is easy to get around by foot, car, or bicycle. The city has bike paths and plenty of parking areas.
