The Nautilus Home Club is an attraction in itself on your vacation: two swimming pools, games room, ballroom, sand court, soccer field, kids area, gym, playground, bocce court and barbecue. The apartment overlooks the sea of ​​Armação beach, close to markets, open markets, bars and restaurants.

There are 70 square meters with a balcony with barbecue (grills and skewers available), two bedrooms, one air-conditioned suite and a demi-suite, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, sandwich maker and all the necessary utensils to make a good meal. The air-conditioned room has a chromecast TV. The bedrooms have a double bed each and there is an air mattress for guests. We provide bath towels, bed linen, pillows and blankets. - Armação beach is ideal for families, with a calm sea and monitored by lifeguards. The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for the holidays: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, open market. In addition to this beach, Penha has other 18 paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Paciencia, Vermelha, Quilombo, a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via the BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction to Armação beach.

- Airplane: the closest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

Multitemporada presents Apus - Romantic Chalet with Jacuzzi, one of the 6 units of Chalés & Bangalôs Ibiraquera, which has a privileged location and view of the lagoon and the sea in the Ibiraquera district, in Imbituba, on the coast of Santa Catarina. All 6 of our units are private, with the pool and fire pit being the only shared spaces on the property. This particular unit stands out for having a Jacuzzi on the private deck and having a very romantic feature.

Chalé Apus is on a large plot with a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sea. The fully air-conditioned chalet (hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms) sleeps up to 3 people, has 1 bedroom with a double bed and another auxiliary bed. The decor is practical and pleasant. In addition, it has a bathroom, kitchen with basic items, refrigerator, stove, wood stove, blender, coffee maker, sink and table. We have Flat Screen TV with Smart Box and Netflix, IPTV and other apps. Guests have access to the cabin itself and a large part of the property's garden, in addition to two accesses to the river, where you can admire the various private waterfalls and even have a picnic by the river, surrounded by nature.
