The street in front of the condominium has a bike path and the neighborhood offers all the amenities for your vacation: restaurants, markets, shops, pharmacy, street market. In addition to this beach, Penha has 18 other paradisiacal beaches to visit, such as Praia Grande, Paciência, Vermelha, Quilombo, just a few kilometers from the condominium.

- Car: access to Penha is via BR-101 at the entrance to the Transbeto highway. In front of Beto Carrero there is a roundabout that will indicate the direction towards Armação beach.

- Plane: the nearest airport is in Navegantes, 14 kilometers from the condominium, where it is possible to rent cars.

- Within the city: you can easily get around on foot, by car or bicycle, the city has a cycle path, as well as several parking spaces.

- In the condominium: we have private parking for guests, in addition to spaces available in front of the building for visits.

Strategically located amidst lush nature, CasaIvan combines tranquility, good taste and a new experience in accommodation. A pleasant feeling of staying on the beach and in the mountains at the same time. CasaIvan is my home where I live in Floripa. For 12 years I worked in hotels in London and after a holiday trip to the island of magic, it was love at first sight and so I decided that this was where I would live and also get my dream off the ground, having a guest house, with a modern footprint, full of style and with a new proposal, where hospitality and personalization were highlighted. Today CasaIvan has 2 spaces available, which are rented individually and privately (suites) and the social areas such as the kitchen, barbecue and swimming pool are for collective use.
